Lakeview Motor Inn

We had a spacious room with a view of the lake and a small balcony. Bed was comfortable and we appreciated having a sofa on which we could sit to watch television and relax. We also had a table with comfortable chairs, a coffee table and desk with a desk chair. We also appreciated having good air conditioning, adequate size fridge, a kitchen sink, toaster, plates, cups and cutlery. There was also a modern microwave which we didn't need to use. The staff were accommodating and friendly and it was easy to check in and out.

Location was perfect with easy access to UTurn point and back street exit is close to Readhead beach. Room was big, beds very comfy. Shower head great, pressure and hot water great. Small details like they service the room daily. Provide tea towels, dish washing soap, microwave and kettle. Big TV with YouTube and WiFi. Pool. Aircon worked great.

The room had everything you needed for a comfortable stay long or short term. I really liked how it had somewhere to sit and eat as well as arm chairs and a microwave. The room was well lit and very clean.

Compared to other accommodation near by and closer to Newcastle this was well priced and conveniently located with a great view across the road of the lake. It was a basic room with everything you’d expect in it. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I was at the back of the property and couldn’t hear any traffic which was nice. The shower took a while to heat up but when it did it was a nice hot shower with good pressure. Parking onsite is good but probably not suitable for longer vehicles or cars with bikes on the back as driveway is rather narrow.

Location was very scenic being opposite the lake and proximity to shops and restaurants, bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, room very clean on arrival would highly recommend this as accommodation to stay at value for money will definitely stay again when I travel to Belmont
